Just coming out of the pandemic, in a street who’s footfall had been significantly impacted by the Primark fire, Belfast One wanted to combat anti social graffiti and generally brighten up the area where a number of businesses had set up street based seating areas.
We asked four local artists to respond to the themes of either the ‘Fountain’ in Fountain Lane or Belfast’s music heritage as the site is right beside a prominent music venue.
Not only did we produce some great art but we had a lovely Sunday afternoon in the sun watching it all come together.
